How do the invisibobble Heatless Curling Sets work? Are they suitable for beginners?

Yes, the sets arevery easy to use. Comb your hair and split it into two sections. Place the curling ribbon on top of your head and secure it on one side with a SPRUNCHIE. Then wrap small strands around the ribbon, away from your face, secure the end and repeat on the other side.

Which hair types is the Heatless Curling Set suitable for: long, fine or thick hair?

The set works for all hair types, and especially well for medium-length and long hair. For fine hair, small strands help the curls hold better. For thick hair, also keep the strands thin and leave the set in for a long time, ideally overnight.
