invisibobble® started with a very real problem. During her first semester at university, Sophie realized that wearing her hair up every day was simply part of life — whether studying or going out. The downside? Headaches and those annoying kinks we all know.One night, while getting ready for a ‘bad taste’ party, Sophie went all in with her outfit. Still, something was missing. On her way out, she grabbed an old telephone cord from her dorm room and used it as a hair tie — more as a fun styling detail than anything else.The next morning, something unexpected happened. No headache. And her hair? Still in place, with fewer marks than usual. That was the moment she knew she was onto something.Together with her business partner Felix, Sophie turned the idea into a product. After launching in Germany in 2012 and refining the product with real customer feedback, invisibobble® quickly gained international attention.Today, invisibobble® is a global brand — built on the idea that even the smallest everyday essentials can make a big difference.
